IMPORTANT: Tanzu Application Service is now part of Tanzu Platform. Tanzu Application Service capabilities are now in Tanzu Platform for Cloud Foundry, a Tanzu Platform runtime. Tanzu Platform continues to focus on supporting development and operations teams to accelerate application development and delivery with Cloud Foundry on-prem and across clouds.
This course covers two broad themes for using BOSH in more complex deployments and production environments: configurability and security.
In this course you will learn how to:
- Provide flexible parameters by using variables
- Apply operations files to construct modular deployments
- Store and manage secrets securely using CredHub
- Run one-off tasks with errands
- Make backups and restore deployments
You will do this in the context of a real-world, complex application: Concourse.
